Billy and Fuzzy stop outlaws in the act of terrorizing Martha and Johnny Kincaid. The young brother and sister are on their way to see their father in Laramie. But Laramie is now a ghost town where outlaws base their headquarters. The bandits don't want anyone else around. So Billy and Fuzzy set out to find out why.
