When The West Was Young AKA Heritage of the Desert Randolph Scott, Sally Blane

Adam Naab is an honest, hard working rancher with a crew of good Cowboys. Judson Holderness is a thieving, conniving, murdering scoundrel with a bunch of cutthroats on his payroll. Naab send for a surveyor to settle his boundary lines, Jack Hare arrives and is intercepted by Holderness and his men, this sets a lot of wheels in motion for a showdown. Great story from Zane Grey. This is Randolph Scott's first starring roll and this is a great film. Sally Blane is also magnificent as are the rest of the cast with an outstanding performance by Big Boy Williams.
