Gambler Pete Marlan sets out to avenge his Texas Ranger Brother and encounters a tangled web of killers, smugglers and kidnappers. Harry Carey was one of John Wayne's heroes. He started in silent films and was one of the few to transition well into talking pictures. Mary Jane Irving started in western films with William S. Hart in 1917 in The Square Deal Man as Blossom and then in 1918 in Riddle Gawne with Hart and Lon Chaney as Jane Gawne as a Child.
