To the Last Man

This is an Epic Adventure Film. The Haydens and the Colbys are Kentucky families. There has been a feud between the families for years. One killing after another. Mark Hayden wants to put an end to it and decides it's time to live civilized. He moves his family west in hopes of a peaceful life. But the Colbys follow and Jed Colby has no intention of being a peaceful man. SPECIAL NOTE - KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR Shirley Temple - THIS IS THE 12th FILM SHE APPEARED IN AND WOULD LATER STAR IN REBECCA OF SUNNYBROOK FARM AND SUSANNAH OF THE MOUNTIES, both along side Randolph Scott. Another magnificent story from Zane Grey. This is an early starring roll for Randolph Scott and this is a great film. Esther Ralston is also magnificent as are the rest of the cast with outstanding performances by Noah Beery Sr. and Jack La Rue. Big adventure with plenty of action and romance. Also a very haunting scene done here with Buster Crabbe. Starring Randolph Scott as Lynn Hayden Esther Ralston as Ellen Colby Noah Beery Sr. as Jed Colby Jack La Rue as Jim Daggs Buster Crabbe as Bill Hayden Barton MacLane as Neil Stanley Gail Patrick as Ann Hayden Stanley Muriel Kirkland as Molly Hayden Egon Brecher as Mark Hayden Fuzzy Knight as Jeff Morley James Eagles as Eli Bruce Eugenie Besserer as Granny Spelvin Harlan Knight as Grandpa Chet Spelvin John Carradine as Pete Garon Harry Cording as Fred Shirley Temple as Mary Stanley Delmar Watson as Tad Stanley There's plenty of suspense and action in this classic western film. This production from 1933.
