Branded Men
A gang of horse thieves, outlaws and crooked gamblers is preying on the honest folks of the town and the country around Steep Gulch. Rod, Ramrod and Half a Rod are victimized by some outlaws outside of town and since no one else wants the job of Sheriff they all three sign up for the job. This film is very watchable but in a little rough shape. It is incredible that many of these pre WWII movies have survived. Ken Maynard is one of the few silent stars who transitioned well into the sound era of talking pictures. Lots of fast riding, suspense, action and adventure in this classic western film.
